Any additional duties assessed on an order are the responsibility of the recipient listed on the package. We strongly advise you to contact your local customs agency for duty information and be prepared to pay any duty fees required by your government. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the importation of shisha tobacco and/or hookah products is permissible by law within their country of origin.

US Postal Service For PO BOX/APO/FPO Shipments: For PO BOX/APO/FPO addresses, please select the US Postal Service option as UPS can only deliver to physical address. Shipping & handling rates are provided by the US Postal Service in real time and are calculated based on product size and weight to ensure you have the most accurate shipping rates and the most available shipping options.

UPS: For domestic orders we offer UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air services. All JuicyHookah.com orders are shipped discretely in a standard brown shipping box with Order Fulfillment as the sender/return address to ensure privacy and secure transportation.

By placing an order you agree and accept all risks and liabilities for importing tobacco into your country. JuicyHookah.com is not responsible for knowing or enforcing tobacco product importation laws of your home country, it is your responsibility to know your local laws and abide by them.

Orders returned back due to return/exchange or customs/duties not paid will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded.

We do not take responsibility for any items confiscated or lost along the way. If a package is returned to us after 60 days of the original purchase date, a refund cannot be applied.

Domestic orders from JuicyHookah.com may be returned within 30 days for a full refund with the exception of the products listed below. In order to return or exchange all or part of your order, you must contact us.

International orders from JuicyHookah.com may be returned within 30 days. Orders returned back due to return/exchange or customs/duties not paid will incur a 15% restocking fee and shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders returned after 30 days since the shipping date will incur a 25% restocking fee, shipping costs will not be refunded. Orders returned after 60 or more days since the purchase cannot be refunded.

All returned merchandise must be in absolutely new and unused condition and in the original packaging including accessories, bonus extras, etc. Return requests must be made within 30 days of the receipt date. All free items must be returned together with purchased items in order to receive a full refund. Any shipping and/or handling charges on the original order cannot be refunded. Once the return package has been received and examined by us for completeness, the correct refund amount will be issued back to you in the same payment method made when placing the order. Any discrepancies or damage must be notified to JuicyHookah.com within 3 business days of delivery.

We are not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Units to be returned should be packed carefully. Please note that packages sent by normal US Postal Service cannot be tracked to ensure delivery, we recommend that you use a delivery service that can be tracked and insured.
